We help build real futures for First Nations Australians

At Real Futures we strive to build community capacity through job-readiness training, services and employment.

We deliver proven programs that create real change and real growth for Aboriginal and Torres Strait people across Australia.

We support First Nations Australians to realise their potential

Real Futures provides training, employment and support programs for First Nations Australians, many of whom have complex needs. We successfully deliver:

Real Futures Vocational Training and Education Centres (VTECs)

Real Futures runs the Australian Government Vocational Training and Employment Centre (VTEC) program in Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Newcastle, Rooty Hill, St. Marys, Darwin, Karratha and Geraldton.

Through our VTECs, we place job-ready people with employers, ensure they get the right training, and support both parties for as long as needed.

Based on continued quality of service delivery, Real Futures is the only national VTEC provider with the capacity, trust and respect of First Nations  people to provide work opportunities across

Real Futures Community Development Program (CDP)

Real Futures operates the Australian Government’s Community Development Program (CDP) in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia, with site locations in Carnarvon, Exmouth, Geraldton and Denham.

The program is designed to meet the unique needs of remote communities, where finding a job is very different from finding a job in a major city or regional area. It supports job seekers to build skills, address barriers and contribute to their communities through a range of flexible activities.

Indigenous Pride workshirts

Our unique Indigenous Pride workshirts meet all Australian Workplace Safety Regulations for high vis work wear and are available in all regular sizes for both women and men.
