Real futures is working with employer who is seeking 20 x Customer Remediation consultants to provide answers to common customer enquiries

Provide customer service via multiple communication channels and assist with processing refunds to enhance customer's journey

Customer service via phone, webchat, facebook messenger, and email, triaging and escalating complex customer issues, logging and following dispute resolution process, processing customer refunds by updating account details within a secure process, updating customer contact details within data integrity guideline, ensuring task lists are maintained and records kept of customer interaction

Identified role
Must pass police check
Live within 1 hour travel distance from Sydney CBD or Parramatta

Previous experience in customer facing role
