Essential Selection Criteria:

  • WHS Construction Card (White Card)
  • Ability to work in a team with problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal abilities
  • Ability to use technology (computers/tablets/phones)
  • Physically fit, punctual and reliable with excellent work ethics and values
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination including drug and alcohol test
  • Must hold current Drivers License and own reliable transport – able to operate a manual vehicle.
  • Be available for on-call shifts and flexible to complete overtime when required.

Highly Desired – however not essential

  • Proven experience in Civil, Rail or Trade environment.
  • Any additional tickets for operating machinery like excavators, forklifts, backhoes, EWP and cranes.

As part of this role it requires you to work around active rail tracks. We are seeking a safety conscious worker with the ability to minimise risks and respond accordingly whilst completing set tasks around the work site.

Criteria:
A current Working With Children’s Check (WWCC)

A current Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle that is registered, insured and road-worthy
Competency in ‘Provide First Aid’ or ability to obtain within 4 weeks of employment commencing
Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability Services; or other relevant qualification (desired, but not essential)
Note: Support Workers are required to work rostered shifts. These include mornings, afternoons, active nights, weekends, sleepovers, and Public Holidays.
