Wednesday 26th of May 2021 was a really big day in Carnarvon as 24 Real Futures participants successfully completed 4 months training undertaking a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations in conjunction with Training Alliance.
In this batch we have had 6 amazing women who strong successfully achieved their goals. All were very respectful and supportive of everyone’s goal to complete the course and excel.

Real Futures farm was utilised as the training ground for the machinery operations, students and their family were very proud of their achievements & every ones hard work, dedication and commitment were paid off with completion.
Leading into the graduation Australian Poly solution contacted REAL Futures to see if we had anyone on our caseload that would be interested in labouring work and that had machine operating ticket, we had advised that we currently have a Certificate III in Civil construction that will be completed on Wednesday 26 the Australia Poly Solution were happy and requested 3 resumes to be forwarded which all three students were successful with gaining employment and are now all three students were successful with gaining employment and are now employed as FIFO labourers.
