Tailored Assistance Employment Grant (TAEG) is an employment program for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people in Sydney and the Mid-North Coast.
We connect you with career guidance, training and a sustainable job you enjoy!
TAEG is funded by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA).

Weekly mentoring

Job search
Our service is voluntary and flexible. You can choose to join, leave, take a break and come back at any time.
Am I eligible for a Tailored Assistance Employment Grant?
To be eligible for the TAEG program, you must meet the following criteria:
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Over 16 years of age
Not enrolled in school
Committed to finding employment or starting a new career
Live in Kempsey, Coffs Harbour, Lismore or Rooty Hill
