Cree Thompson is a Proud Yamatji woman who had her initial with Real Futures TTW in April 2024 and received intense service support from her Career Development Specialist – Irene Posadas who encouraged Cree to engage in several activities such as resume building and work preparation.

Cree progressed by firstly obtaining employment at local Mantra Hotel as a Guesthouse Attendant and she demonstrated motivation, dedication and hard work consistently. Cree challenged herself by applying herself for another employment opportunity she sourced; FIFO job at Sodexo head office based in Perth. RF TTW assisted and supported Cree with her travel needs, pre-employment with Sodexo HR, maintained regular communication with Cree and guided Cree until her induction this month September 2024.  Irene has provided relentless support and mentorship.

Cree advised RF TTW Irene of her successful completion of her induction and OHS certificate. Cree has achieved a lot in a short amount of time, and RF TTW team are very proud of CT and all her hard work, challenging herself to achieve further.

Cree pushed herself forward with sheer determination and expressed her dream job was to work in the commercial cleaner in the mining industry when she first met her CDS Irene. Cree has achieved her goal and will no doubt continue to progress. Cree has launched her career and will commence employment with Sodexo in October 2024 flying to Tom Price and will work 2×1 shift cycle.
