Real Futures, a Supply Nation certified, majority Aboriginal-owned and staffed company, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed to deliver the new disability employment program, called Inclusive Employment Australia, in 21 employment regions.
As a Specialist Indigenous Provider, we will provide Inclusive Employment Australia services to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people living with a disability, illness or injury in the regions where we operate.
Real Futures currently deliver in two regions (Geraldton and Macleay), but will expand to deliver across 21 regions.
As a joint venture partner of AKG, Real Futures will also deliver specialist Indigenous services in Lower Hunter and Hunter in partnership with AKG.

Inclusive Employment Australia combines the Employment Support Service (ESS) and the Disability Management Services (DMS) programs into a single program.
It expands eligibility for participants and introduces different levels of servicing intensity. Inclusive Employment Australia also gives participants greater choice through a diverse provider market and greater control of their individualised plans.

Real Futures has been appointed to deliver the service for five years, from 1 November 2025 to 30 June 2030.
Real Futures is a joint venture with AKG, which will also deliver Inclusive Employment Australia through its employment services teams.
