Underpinning Real Futures approach is a true understanding and connection with the local First Nations communities we support. 83% of our leadership and 73% of our staff are Indigenous. We understand and respect the cultural protocols of each nation, the community structure and the influence of these on community. We engage Elders and respected community leaders to support our aspirants through their journey to a sustainable job.

RISE Ventures
RISE Ventures is a Community Development Program (CDP) provider with a presence in Far North Queensland (Kowanyama/ Pormpuraaw) and the Northern Territory (Katherine).
Nyirrunggulung-Rise
Nyirrunggulung-Rise is a joint venture between the Jawoyn Association Aboriginal Corporation (a registered charity) and RISE Ventures, delivers the Community Development Program (CDP) in the central Arnhem region of the Northern Territory, including Beswick, Barunga, Binjai, Bulman and Manyallaluk.
RN Employment Services
RN Employment Services (formerly Rise Ngurratjuta) is a joint venture between RISE Ventures and Ngurratjuta/Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation providing Community Development Program (CDP) services in the many communities from Mutitjulu (surrounding Uluru), Kaltukatjara – Docker River (on the WA border), Imanpa (southwest of Alice Springs), to Tennant Creek and Elliott.
