Corporate and community partnerships

Partnerships with business and community organisations play an important role in providing training and employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Underpinning Real Futures approach is a true understanding and connection with the local First Nations communities we support. 83% of our leadership and 73% of our staff are Indigenous. We understand and respect the cultural protocols of each nation, the community structure and the influence of these on community. We engage Elders and respected community leaders to support our aspirants through their journey to a sustainable job.
