We support First Nations Australians to realise their potential
Real Futures provides training, employment and support programs for First Nations Australians, many of whom have complex needs. We successfully deliver:
Real Futures Disability Employment Services (DES)
Through our services, people with disability, injury or health condition can receive assistance to prepare for, find and keep a job.
We also help employers develop a diversity and innovation strategy and employ people living with a disability.
Real Futures Community Development Program (CDP)
Real Futures operates the Australian Government’s Community Development Program (CDP) in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia, with site locations in Carnarvon, Exmouth, Geraldton and Denham.
The program is designed to meet the unique needs of remote communities, where finding a job is very different from finding a job in a major city or regional area. It supports job seekers to build skills, address barriers and contribute to their communities through a range of flexible activities.
Cultural competency training
Cultural competence and cultural safety are critical to success when employers are looking to enrich their workplace with Aboriginal people. We can deliver industry specific training that addresses the unique needs of the organisation, its employees and community.
We thrive on partnership
Our network of employers, partners and registered training organisations, as well as our strong relationships within First Nations communities, are the backbone of our success. We pride ourselves on creating meaningful relationships built on a deep understanding and appreciation of cultural difference.
Indigenous Pride workshirts
Our unique Indigenous Pride workshirts meet all Australian Workplace Safety Regulations for high vis work wear and are available in all regular sizes for both women and men.

Real Futures acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises their connection to land, water and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures, and to Elders past, present and emerging.
