In October 2022 we conducted the first of our annual Great Place to Work surveys and were delighted to be #GPTWcertified by our staff. The survey also allowed us to see areas where we could improve and has helped us develop a roadmap to increase employee satisfaction. Thanks to everyone who participated, we are proud of the achievement.

Our success comes from operating organically – every discussion and decision is done with Cultural Essence, respectfully acknowledging the Traditional Owners and custodians of the Country where we meet and operate.
In our most recent employee engagement survey, the most common words used to describe our workplace culture were: supportive, respectful, inclusive, team-focused, flexible, positive, friendly and fun.
Fostering leadership
One of our key goals is to develop leadership skills.
During 2021 we partnered with the Angus Knight Institute to develop a tailored program to be deployed across all businesses to develop leadership capability, build careers and continue to invest in our team’s growth.
