Kingsley Determination Shines Through As He Embarks on Construction Career

TtW Kingsley

Kingsley is one of our Transition to Work clients in Geraldton and came to us interested in a career in construction.

We supported him to enrol in a Certificate III in Civil Construction and Plant Operations with Training Alliance.

During the three months of his study, Kingsley showed determination and a genuine interest in working within civil construction. He received encouraging feedback from his trainer who expressed that he’s a great student who will easily gain employment once qualified.

Alongside his studies, our TtW team also helped him to pay off his fines and gain his Learner’s License.

Kingsley’s next steps are to obtain his Working at Heights and Working in Confined Spaces tickets, and gain his Provisional License.

Once he’s achieved those, he’s looking forward to applying for construction positions within the Geraldton Region or expanding to mining work in wider WA.
