Monadelphous Construction and Engineering provide construction, maintenance, and industrial services to the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Monadelphous held an information session and recruitment event on the 15th of July 2022 at the Gwoonwardu Mia Cultural Centre.
Real Futures seized the opportunity to contact our participants to inform them of the Monadelphous visit. Real Futures bus driver Kurtlee Mongoo-Kelly then went out to pick up each aspirant from their homes so that they would be able to attend the information session.
The role of Trade Assistant is the starting position for aspirants that don’t have qualifications and allows them to work their way up to a position they wish to be qualified in. Successful applicants will undergo training in Perth for 7 to 10 days to obtain the necessary tickets to help participants apply for more roles within the construction industry.
It was a good turnout of Real Futures Aspirants who also had the opportunity to give their resumes to Monadelphous for consideration for future roles.
Monadelphous also offered Traineeships which is the next intake and will be held next year. The Monadelphous team will also continue to work alongside Real Futures to obtain Pre-employment requirements/Training. A National Police Clearance is not required except for those that are assigned to gold mines.
This current information session and future training will allow local Carnarvon Aspirants to achieve their career goals.
