Certificate III in Civil Construction – Plant Operations

The Certificate III in Civil Construction students were happy that they had a break from their classroom and were eager to undertake their practical assessment out on the field.  All participants showed how much they have learnt during the duration of the course.

During the training the students were able to commence their practical training which includes the following machineries: Skid Steer, Excavator, and front loader. Utilizing Real Futures plantation for their training.

Participants were lucky to have students like Jarred Russel & Tyrell Pickett that have prior knowledge and skills in operating these machines.  Jarred Russel & Tyrell Pickett can guide and assist their follow classmates. Both Jarred Russell & Tyrell Pickett were able to assist the lecturer, Phillip De Losa to get the machines to operate simultaneously.

Jarred and Tyrell were able to assist their trainer Phillip, watch and guide the fellow classmates while they are on the machines and ensure that WHS is in place.

The students are very interactive and extremely excited that they are finally able to jump on and operate each machine.

We have 6 active students from Carnarvon Community College, 1 student from Burringurrah Community and 7 Real Futures Aspirants.

Congratulations to all involved in this course.
