Aspirants Pass Their License Tests in Carnarvon

License Tests in Carnarvon

The Department of Transport Remote Services visited Carnarvon at the beginning of March to deliver their license services to some of our community.

The service is set-up to help individuals overcome barriers to obtaining their license and ensure they have the licenses they need to gain employment. They also want to prevent people getting fined for driving without the correct license.

Georgina James, Department of Transport Remote Service Officer, made a special trip to Carnarvon to carry out the licencing. This was especially to support our Aspirants who required an oral test.

Real Futures supported our Aspirants by providing them with the Real Futures vehicles to undertake their practical test.

The day was a great success with 7 Aspirants undergoing their tests and gaining either their C Class License, Learner Permit or regaining their open licenses.

Alfred Ranger gained a license that is essential to his new employment. Margaret Winmar gained her Learner License and excited to gain Ps in July!
