We are deeply embedded in the communities where we work, and we create new opportunities in partnership with others every day.

There’s no cost to you
Our support won’t cost you anything. Real Futures is funded by the Australian Government to provide our services to you, through our:

The kind of help we can provide
We can help you with:
getting a driver’s licence, or some other licence or ticket
reading and writing support
work experience
training and support to prepare for employment, start a new job – and build a future
other practical support like transport or help with things like uniforms.
Support that understands special needs as well as unique abilities
If you have a disability, injury or health condition, we can help you find a job and keep it. We offer Disability Employment Services (DES) from our Kempsey and Geraldton offices. We employ and skill our expert staff to deliver quality services in all of our locations.
Opportunities for women
If you are a woman in Western Sydney, we welcome you to the UN Women’s Business Second Chance (WBSC) Hub. This ground-breaking new program supported by UN Women and the BHP Foundation, aims to make sure you won’t be left behind. It can give you access to quality learning, entrepreneurship opportunities and better employment outcomes through education and vocational training.
Support that strengthens your community
In remote regions, Real Futures also offers employment services through the Community Development Program (CDP), which can support you to build skills, address barriers and find work, through activities that not only benefit you but also your community.
