In Kempsey NSW, seven of our aspirants are now employees about to achieve a 6-month employment milestone with Regional Renewables – well done, fellas!

Here are some great ideas this mob is using to help each other:
- Start a snapchat group and send a message of support every morning
- Set the alarm the night before
- Share a ride and travel to work together
- Keep talking with your Real Futures ROO and tell them about any troubles early
- Listen to your Elders
Regional Renewables have been great to work with. They care that their workers “turn up and do the job” and that’s exactly what we can prepare our guys to do.
