Uncle Tolly is a well known and respected man in his mob, always helping the young fellas.
So it’s no surprise that in his new job at Regional Renewables, Uncle Tolly is helping our younger aspirants on site, too.
Despite a history of working in the mines in Pathways to the Pilbara and then as a Reach Out Officer with Real Futures, Uncle Tolly was finding it hard to get work.
But we knew Uncle Tolly was a hard worker and would be a great asset for any company.
When we asked Regional Renewables to give him a go, they did, and now Uncle Tolly is working full-time as a MR driver.
