Real Futures Women’s Business partnered with a local Registered Training Organization, TOTAM Training, to present our aspirants with the opportunity to obtain their traffic control tickets.

Over 2 full working days, we had a total of 17 aspirants complete this course. The ladies were able to complete the course comfortably surrounded by familiar mob and taught by a culturally aware trainer, overall contributing to the positive attendance outcome.
The dedication and commitment of these ladies to get employment is inspiring and is being recognized across our entire program. It was a fantastic couple of days for Real Futures Women’s Business.
