Real Futures is a leader in real change and real growth for Aboriginal people through proven programs that empower people because their ideas, energy and ability is encouraged and supported.
We create a strong, steady flow-on effect for Aboriginal people through training, employment and the right information. This empowerment changes the lives of individuals, their families, their communities and their nations. It also changes the lives of non-Aboriginal people as they engage with those who are taking the steps to realise their abilities and potential.
Our mother earth is looked after by the Traditional Owners from Country where their ancestors have lived, bled, loved and died. The Elders footprints remain forever on Country and as visitors we need to acknowledge those Traditional Owners and ask for safe passage and cooperation.
Viewers of Real Futures website and promotional materials are warned that images or recordings of deceased persons may cause sadness or distress or in some cases offend against strongly held cultural beliefs.

What We Do
Our Services
Real Futures is an organisation comprised of a number of businesses, joint ventures, Memorandums of Understanding and partnerships that traverse Australia.
Our current initiatives include:
Vocational Training and Employment Centre (VTEC)
Vocational Training and Employment Centres (VTEC) form part of the Federal Government's strategy in ending disparity for First Australians through support based training and employment.
Disability Employment Services
Our Disability Employment Services consultants are focused on building community capacity through job readiness, training and employment.
Cultural Competence
Cultural competence and cultural safety is critical to success when employers are looking to enrich their workplace with Aboriginal people.
Our mission is to appropriately recruit, skill and empower Aboriginal people to become workplace assets, effective business people, and community role models. We achieve this while upholding our core values of respecting Culture and applying high standards of ethics and accountability to everything we do.
We empower and build community capacity through consultation and earning mutually trustful relationships through integrity.
We are the real difference for employers who want a strong and effective Aboriginal workforce. We consult with our employers and hand pick recruits from our comprehensive database of job-ready people. People are not products to us. We have a personal investment in them as well, so that we continue our support and championing of both the employer and the the recruit right through until both are thriving in their new professional relationship.
